- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Return Shipping Information
Important Return Shipping Note: Due to the nature of our global sourcing, return shipping costs can be high.
If a physical return is necessary, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with the appropriate return address upon approval of your return request.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

All returns must be sent to China warehouse address (provided upon return approval). We do not have US return facilities.

Return shipping to China typically costs $15-40 and takes 3-6 weeks.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
