Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. However, we recommend creating an account to:

  • Save your shopping cart items
  • Faster checkout in the future

Where is my order confirmation?

Order confirmations are automatically sent to your email address immediately after placing an order. If you haven't received it within a few hours:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify the email address you provided
  • Contact us at hello@mrtrendora.com if you still can't find it

How do I cancel my order?

Due to our fast processing system, there's only a short window to cancel orders. Please contact us immediately at hello@mrtrendora.com or via WhatsApp at +1 917 9977882 if you need to cancel.

Important: Once your order has entered the processing stage (typically within 1-2 hours), we cannot cancel it as it's already being prepared for shipment.

Can I alter my order?

Unfortunately, we're unable to modify orders once they've been placed due to our automated processing system. If you need additional items or different quantities, please place a new order.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • United States: 8-16 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping. Delivery times start from when your order ships, not when you place it.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most Western countries including:

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE standard international shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden fees.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to follow your package's journey right to your doorstep.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the system after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Why has my order been canceled?

Orders are typically only canceled if:

  • There's a stock issue with your selected items
  • We detect potential fraudulent activity
  • You've requested cancellation immediately after ordering

If we cancel your order due to issues on our end, we'll process a full refund immediately and notify you by email.

Return and refund

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. The item must be in the same condition as received - unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Important: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

What is your return process?

Our return process is simple:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return
  3. We'll review your request and provide instructions
  4. If approved, we'll send you the return address in China
  5. Ship your return using a tracked service

Note: Do not send returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping coverage depends on the reason for return:

For low-value items (under $25): We often offer partial refunds without requiring physical returns to save you the high shipping costs.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery:

  • Damaged/Faulty Items: Take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
  • Incorrect Items: Contact us with photos and order details for immediate assistance.
  • Don't Like the Product: You can return it within 30 days if it's in "as new" condition with original packaging and tags.

How long does the return process take?

The complete return process involves several steps:

  • Return Shipping: 3-6 weeks to China facility
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after receive your return
  • Refund Processing: 7 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days

For low-value items (under $25), we may offer partial refunds without requiring physical returns to save you the high shipping costs.

How do I return an item?

All returns must be sent to China warehouse address, which we provide upon return approval. We do not have US return facilities.

Due to our global dropshipping model, return shipping to China typically costs $15-40. We recommend considering this before initiating a return for non-defective items.

What items cannot be returned?

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Opened intimate apparel or swimwear

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account - typically 3-10 business days after we process it.

If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
